    Have the same problem, meshed with XT9 via ethernet backhaul. Without AiMesh device the wifi page has more settings on the combo box. With AiMesh on the XT9 many options disappear and the "Apply" button is not working. For me only way is to remove node, make changes, re-discover and connect node...

    I use it as a node with wired backhaul I can say that is more stable but some (very quick) disconnections of the LAN side still occurs

    Unless there is the need of the new features of the 3.0.0.6 branch fo firmware, stick to Merlin firmware which is updated and with fresh drivers. FOr sure the 388.5 is newer than the 3.0.0.3 of June
