    Amazing: the 52745 release was obviously troublesome and quickly taken off the website, replaced by 52747 with an additional Notice in the release notes.

    As general rule: don't ask the why question. If you benefit from what happens: accept and enjoy it. If you don't benefit from what happens: find a way to fix it, revert to the old situation or find a workaround.

    Confirmed here: the exported Client List is fully readable in English when I open it directly (double-click) with Excel 2019, also a Text editor shows plain English.
