Have this same problem on RT-AX58U and could get to the #4 without errors, but then on the delete of volume, error again :( any suggestion? Apparently scMerlin is locked and when cleared (tailtaintdns, tailtaintdnsd, tailtop & tailtopd) I can unmount /jffs 2022admin@RT-AX58U-9920:/# ubirmvol...

USB swap for M.2 SSD with "soft" option?

Tried also that (cloned USB to SSD) and the result is the same. What worries me is that even without USB/SSD, amtm shows locked files, so clearly on the router. I tried downgrading in hope this would aleviate some issues, no luck, then back upgrading, also no luck :(

USB swap for M.2 SSD with "soft" option?

Hi, I see my USB is probably failing with some files locked and no way to make updates for a few addons in amtm... So I saw several posts with the same problem and all suggest either replacing USB or, better version, SSD (M.2) 256Gb. As I have 4 routers (main AX58 + 3 older in AI mesh) and 38...

RT-AX58U sudden DNS problem - URGENT

Ok, what now? I haven't added those scripts there. I did uninstalled almost everything (Diversion, Skynet, YazDHCP), to find possible reason, I guess now I can reinstall them back. Are those scripts, that I just disabled, remnants of these "apps" maybe?

RT-AX58U sudden DNS problem - URGENT

which I did that (disabled scripts at Administration - System > Enable JFFS custom scripts and configs), and turned the firewall on, but have this in the log, seems like without the scripts, firewall would not start Here is the log after that: Feb 29 16:11:02 rc_service: httpd...

RT-AX58U sudden DNS problem - URGENT

Well... maybe we blamed YazDHCP prematurely... I only temporarily experienced that connection to TV and clients was restored and after a while it went down again :( I reason dnsmasq is also connected with firewall and voila! when I switch off the Firewall (Enable Firewall to Off in asus web...
