    What about the wifi frequency? RT-AX86U was wifi 6? and you are having problems with wifi 7? Have you tried to use 802.11ax / 802.11ac 802.11n insted of 802.11be?

    try to use 802.11n or some older 2.4GHz protocol (I had an old smartphone that only connect on WIFI 4) it could be the device do not support WPA2/WPA-2, only WPA
