    It is enabled @ 15 up and 100 down... it did make a bit of a difference when I started messing with that, but I am still losing 30-35 Mbps somehow. PC straight to the modem around 75-80 down. Pc to router to modem 45-50 down. Strange it doesn't seem to affect the upload speed, it stays around...

    Nope, not wireless... everything running wired... using speedtest.net. If I connect directly to the modem I get WAY higher speeds than if I run modem - router - pc (no wireless clients connected)
