    Hi, My ISP have locked the RBK to f/w V2.3.5.30_1.2.13 Both Automatic and Manual update does not work. as per the manual, I should be on 2.5.2.4 to be able to run the Voxel... any hint... Thanks,

    Telco f/w Locked RBK50

    Tried all possible method on netgear support page.... any custom f/w i could use? or my isp will even block it?

    none of the TFT method works... there is no orange LED. it immediately switch to green. even when i reset, it goes from stable green to stable red to 3 seconds of flashing red and then green. it won't accept TFTP using the app or windows.... does this help ?? Board HW ID ...

    I own an RBK50 system with F/W 2.1.4.16_1.1.31 my product is being sold by a Telco Provider. hence, it have a custom OLD firmware with a security lock that is preventing the upgrade unless it is signed by my Telco. Netgear won't be able to support; My Telco as well. is there an alternate way...
