VPN won't connect, errors 619 and 800

Hi guys! I used private VPN services like StrongVPN and WorldVPN. The problem is that from yesterday the VPN connection doesn't work on this PC anymore. It just doesn't connect with any VPN service! When I try to connect it shows "Verifying username and password" and after 1 minute it...
