    You need to go to Wifi settings in the router and switch from "WPA" or "WPA2" to "WPA2 + WPA3" in order to use Wifi 7 on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.

    Yea I know. That's why ASUS requires that setting to be on and I cannot turn it off right now. I'm good with 12 stable channels.

    I ordered AX210 card for testing. I will get back with a result tmr. Hopefully it will work. But with PSC turned on, only 12 stable channels available. However, I cannot turn off PSC for now. It seems Asus don't want to use all 6ghz channels because of some instability issues.

    The reason why you only see 12 channels because you have PSC (Preferred Scanning Channel) enabled. If you turn it off, you will see more channels. Like this.

    Best router to buy for wired house?

    Too many wifi routers will create a chaos. Only use 1 wifi router. Then use ethernet network switches for each room connected to the main router. That's it.

    Yes. The range cut off by 3 times I believe. Even harder to penetrate through walls. It cannot go further than 30ft. Fastest but also shortest. Atleast the connection is really stable in range.
