You need to go to Wifi settings in the router and switch from "WPA" or "WPA2" to "WPA2 + WPA3" in order to use Wifi 7 on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz.

I ordered AX210 card for testing. I will get back with a result tmr. Hopefully it will work. But with PSC turned on, only 12 stable channels available. However, I cannot turn off PSC for now. It seems Asus don't want to use all 6ghz channels because of some instability issues.

The reason why you only see 12 channels because you have PSC (Preferred Scanning Channel) enabled. If you turn it off, you will see more channels. Like this.
