Downgrade from 384.19 to 3.0.0.4_386_40451 stock asus firmware for RT-AC86U

Hi Someone can tell me step by step to downgrade my router to the stock firmware? I'm having a lot of issues with Aimesh and i want to install Aimesh2.0. Thanks!
