dc-dc converter

Hi guys, I plugged a usb cable into usb3.0 port of my ac-rt87u and it shut the router down and I couldn't power it up no more. I guess the device I was plugging had a short in it. After looking at the motherboard and thinking a bit a dc-dc converter (U4) was unsoldered (see the pic attached)...
