dchp bridge multiple interface

How do i go about putting 5 interfaces/ports into 1 subnet (a /28 public block) but assign a static IP address dynamically via DHCP per port/interface (another router connected to each port) (the ip to always be the same on each port) So i could plit the /28 into further blocks but this seems...
