graphing

Does anyone know what graphing library the "Traffic Monitor" uses? I'm currently using pChart to graph database information like system performance, etc... I'm blown away by the Traffic Monitor's sleekness. I am presuming it implements RRD tool, but not sure how much it relies on it - if I can...
