merge cstats and rstats fil;es

Hello! So I had to have my AC5300 replaced by Asus and I finished setting up my replacement with Asuswrt-Merlin. I backed up the Cstats and Rstats file from the time period I owned it, however I also found backups of other files of bandwidth usage from when I ran Tomato on my other routers...
