OID's / MIB's AsusWRT

Hello, I was trying to setup some SNMP sensors in Home Assisstant. And I was looking to use OID's to configure some readings. When I do an SNMP-walk on my AC68U, with SNMP enabled, ik get diffrent readings like a value for the router uptime etc. But it looks like getting some random numeric...
