mini nas

I've have had a Buffalo Linkstation Mini with 2 x 2.5" drives, but died of old age. Is there something similar in size or smaller with 2 x 2.5 or 2 x M2 ? Eventually just one drive if an USB for backup is available. Ethernet only, no wifi, no vent!
