radio bounce bouncing

RT-AC88U with firmware 382.1.2. The radios are constantly bouncing, CPU on core 1 and core 2 alternately go to 100%. I do not see the SSID on my iPhone, iPad, etc. It was working fine, but I decided to try Enable Smart Connect. It was a mistake to mess with it... After that, no wireless...
