upnp media service not working - ac5300

AC5300 UPNP Media server is not working

Hello everyone, I have an AC5300 running firmware v. 384.7_2. I have enabled UPnP Media services and had the USB storage connected. I applied the changes and restarted the router, but I still cannot see the media server on my tvs or pcs. Please help!
