TM-AC1900 bricked by abnormal bin flashing.. result(only USB LED lit)

I have TM-AC1900 bricked by abnormal cfe bin flashing.. result(only USB LED lit) I try uart connection.. (no response) How to solve this problem.? JTAG? Or Broadcom ISP? flashing cfe by ROM writer?
