New Around Here
I actually use 1 tp-link archer c7 as router and 1 older router as AP with the same SSID.
I realized that sometime I have some connection problem when device switch from 2.4ghz to 5ghz band. Tp-link customer care says it's because the router doesn't support band steering.

So i'd like to change router... About the access point, is it possible to have one that communicate with router and support band steering to create 1 unique wifi SSID?
I read about "Smart connect" in some router to support band steering as AP
If I bought an ASUS router can I connect an access point or another router with AiMesh, or it just work wireless?

Thanks for the help

I read that having a system like aimesh or unifi ubiquity there could be better management of the seamless connection. It is not true?

That is marketing. 'True' or not depends on the devices used to 'prove' it. :)
