2.4GHz turboQAM backhauling ?

long story short I want to upgrade my home office link (only wifi possible - no powerline) currently getting up to 90mbps from a 150mbps 2.4GHz link (20MHz channel).
I was thinking buying 2x TurboQAM cheap SH routers like rt-ac66u_b1
Do I have any chance of getting a 200mbps+ throughput ?

Yes. The RT-AC66U_B1 as the main router and an identical model used as a Media Bridge can do that.

Of course, depending on construction materials, distance, Control Channels used, and your ISP speeds too. But I wouldn't be betting on the 2.4GHz band on doing so.
