Hope someone can comment. Never seen such a message. What is it trying to tell me? Appears on RT-AC68u Network Map.

Tried rebooting the phone. No change to message.

Probably your phone uses MAC randomization, so from the router's point of view they appear as two different devices.

I've seen this when DHCP server gives an IP to a client then later you decided to assign the same client another reserved IP. Just ignore it, it will correct itself at renewal time.
 
I have this when I connect a VMWare machine that shares the network adpator with the host ....
