It depends on the glass used for this window. UV-blocking coating is blocking quite well Wi-Fi signals as well.

The term "Line of Sight" actually means "unobstructed path" for the radio signal. I can't predict how well the PtP bridges will work through additional obstruction. You already have the "trees in the way" situation to deal with.

From House ( Main ) to shop the most important there is only one window, the 2.4 PTP that I am using now don't seem to have an issue but I know 5 is different.
