3 disk versus 4 disk RAID performance

Hi,

Is there a read/write performance difference between 3 disk Synology hybrid raid and 4 disk Synology hybrid raid?

I am new to the NAS community. I have a Synology DS412+ with 3 x 3 TB WD Red drives running on Synology Hybrid Raid (SHR).
