378.56, DHCP manual assignments and hostnames

Occasional Visitor
There has been an option to add manual DHCP assignments in a way, that hostname will not be set by DHCP - by means of including "invalid" hostname into the entry (this entry will then be assigned as description if I recall correctly).

I have not been modifying this part of configuration for quite a while, so there is no way to know, when (with which version) this ability was lost because UI does not allow to do this any more...

Is there any way to do this thing now in a civilized way - even without involving a GUI? This kind of configuration still appears to work with 378.56, but there is no appearant way to modify it - or recreate it after reseting the router.
