384 upgrade reconfiguration help

Quick question: Since it is recommended to do a factory reset when upgrading from version 380 to 384 - is there a way to get some kind of "diff" between the default configuration of version 380 and the current settings? Because of course it isn't difficult to re-add a couple of custom configuration changes - the hard part is figuring out out what they are in the first place. Thanks!

Most of us use screen shots.

If you use Windows 10 just press Win+G to record your screen. Click through all the settings pages, don't forget the sub menus.
Later you can just watch and pause :)
