5ghz light when disabled

On latest firmware. Bug is back. Tried everything but 5g light wont turn off

I confirm this behavior on my ac66 with at least 33 and 34 builds.

Please let me know which specific operation turns the LED back on. I fixed one of these recently that happened if you did a change to your wireless settings, but couldn't find any additional scenario that caused it to turn back on.

Well all i did was disable it. Then it wouldn't turn off. I did no specific method

You tried to disable the 5 GHz radio and the LED turned back on, correct? Which is quite odd, I would have expected the opposite.

I will try a few things on my AC66U during the weekend to see if I can reproduce it. I assume you were running 374.34?

Correct. Try restoring settings to defaults then disable the 5g and light should stay on.

Edit: i tried everything ti get the light off. Rebooting router, restoring to default, no go
