68u -No write access via telnet/SSH?

New Around Here
So I am able to telnet into my TM1900 / AC68U router, and login under admin/password.
I then navigate to the USB flash drive in the router as follows:
"cd/tmp/mnt/"USB Flash Drive Name"
Problem is, when i try to replace (mtd-write)my original_cfe.bin with new_cfe.bin, i get a error message.
"Permission Denied".

I already tried "chmod -x mtd-write".

It must be something with my login? or is it a read only directory? I have already flashed my CFE once before, so I am confused to why this would appear now?

Upon further investigation, it looks like "./" command returns the same error, is it possible that I do not have write permissions ? How do I change to read/write?
