RT-AX88U with Merlin's latest firmware.
Have problems getting to the internet from the router through my fiber modem.
Is that what the "little green ringing bell" tells me ???

It’s telling you that DDNS update is failing, I believe.
 
Put your pointer over it.
 
It could be one of many things. See here and here. My guess is that it's warning you that you don't have a public IP address (you have CGNAT).

Hmm, or that it's trying to update an IPv6 but the DDNS host won't allow it! There's a radio button on the DDNS page to turn off setting IPv6
 
There's obviously an important incoming phone call streaming across your DDNS VoIP protocol! ;)

Besides, I think calls like that only work on private WAN IPs, like yours. Not these public ones like the OP posted in his screenshot.
 
I changed it once from easy .100 to much harder to guess .101, don't make me change it again. Don't touch my IP!
