Hi,

Just hard reset and upgraded from the 380 legacy to the new 384.3. No problems.

Can I upload my router settings on this new firmware? (the router settings were saved based on the 380 legacy). I am worried that I will 'confuse' the firmware etc!
 
No, as this would negate the actual point behind doing a factory default reset - you would be reapplying any incompatible settings.
