AC5300 cant access local ip cam, only remote works

Hello,
I have AC5300 on 384.14_2
I have ip cam with ip: 192.168.1.101, and port access is: 10001
I cant access to: 192.168.1.101:10001
but i can access to: DDNS.asuscomm.com:10001

Worth to mention that i have one ip cam connected via cable which can be accessed via LAN and WAN

I have UPNP activated and ports opened
Whan im doing wrong?

MU-MIMO disabled on 2.4ghz solved the problem
