ac66u channel

for some reason I cant change the 2.4ghz channel using the .35 beta 4...it stays on channel 6 no matter what. I've rebotted the router it still will not change. anyone else with this issue?

That sounds like an old beta...

Try setting the channel width for the 2.4GHz band to 20MHz and see if that allows you to set the channel properly.

You might also try the -36Beta1 version too and see if it works.

nothing showed up with that link...the 20mhz works fine but still cant change it on the 20/40 using the new beta 1 now

You may have to set the router to defaults to clear the nvram properly.

Try that (without restoring your old settings - type them in manually) and see if that helps.

Looks like saved searches expire after a while.

Try a forum search for "stuck channel 6".

I'm sorry, but I'm just tired of constantly repeating the same answer to the same question. It's posted all over the place on these forums by now...

No problem here last time I tested it. It properly downgraded to 20 MHz but kept the channel I had set.

The issue is fixed with the new 38.1 driver
