As the title says. My DHCP pool is .50 - .254 so .2 -.49 is for my static ip addresses.
All my ip cameras and devices have been assigned via their mac addresses static ip's, my 2 tv's though one samsung, one sony won't have it.
I've gone to the tv settings on both tv's, checked their mac addresses, confirmed the mac addresses in the router, assigned those mac's a static ip each, one .48 one .45, switch tv's off, rebooted the router, switch tv's on, according to the tv's network settings, one tv has an ip of .252, the other tv has .169.
Both tv's are connected to the 5ghz, the sony doesn't even see the 2.4 ghz.I think there's a definite wifi problem with either this router or this firmware. I think that this has something to do with the pc server problem i'm getting where the tv's cannot see the server on my pc (another thread i posted).
The router is performing well streaming my cameras, better than my N66, it's just this media streaming/tv problem i'm having. I want the stability of my N66 with the better performance of the AC68.
Can anyone offer any advice ?
Thanks,Paul
