It has been almost three months since the last asus update on this router. Very unusual for a new product and don't remember with any of the Asus other routers I had (ie. 66U/68U).

Is asus moving away from this router?

New beta posted very, very recently.

Look for the Gary Key Official firmware thread. ;)
