I'm having an issue to map network the hard drive, I have not problem when I set it unsecured by selecting Allow guest login I set it like this:

\\RT-AC56U\Data or \\192.168.1.1\Data

but when I tried to set it as secured by unselecting Allow guest login I cannot access the root drive but I can map network to folders on the root drive example:

No access:
\\RT-AC56U\Data or \\192.168.1.1\Data

Access
\\RT-AC56U\Media (at Data) or \\192.168.1.1\Media (at Data)

I attached a picture so you can see how is my HD is atached to the router

I've set network drives several time, I'm thinking that the issue is because I'm using win10 technical preview

Yes. That's the way ASUS designed it to work. I'm guessing the reason is that exposing the root directory would conflict with the way they assign access rights to the folders.
