Does anyone know if it is possible to setup an access list with RT-N66U?
I want to open port for one specific external ip adress but cannot figure out how to do this (if it's possible that is)?

Not with the original firmware. You will need to use a custom firmware, and manually define the firewall rule through a script.

Thank you for your reply. What firmware supports this, is it the firmware mentioned in this forum? If it is how do I install it and next how would the script look like to acheive this?

Asuswrt-Merlin and Tomato both do. You can get more info on Asuswrt-Merlin from the subforum here on SmallNetBuilder.

The Wiki on Github even has an example on how to forward a port only when the source IP matches a specific one.
