New Around Here
Hello All,

I'm using Asuswrt-Merlin on a RT-N66U in between two networks and would like to be able to access content on a Mediatomb server on the WAN network from hosts on the LAN. I've searched here breifly, but don't find this scenario. I believe the solution is to modify the iptables on the RT-N66U to get this working, possibly add some rules to the FUPNP chain and enable multicast routing on the Advanced Settings->LAN->IPTV tab in the web admin interface? Can anyone point me to some reference or provide some guidance on getting this working?

Thank you

DLNA relies on broadcast to work properly. You won't be able to properly get DLNA to work reliably across two disjoint networks.
