Just add it manually yourself. RMerlin has stated many times that's he's not in favour of creating endlessly increasing lists, especially when it's trivial for the user to enter the information themselves.

Yes, my appologies. I had trouble finding the correct hostname (security.cloudflare-dns.com) to use with the malware filtering. CF’s docs suggest 1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com is required, which is for 1.1.1.1. without filtering. Using that hostname with one of the filtering options doesn’t work with DoT. Problem solved. [In other words, it appeared only one of the pre-configured options would work with DoT].

Hope it's clear for @lepa71 that the same hostname can point to an IPv4 and an IPv6 address at the same time
