New Around Here
Hi,

I have been looking for a new router as my current one has packed in. I am mostly interested in a router with a fast and stable wifi and high throughput which can manage a high amount of maximum simultaneous connections. The linksys e4200 seems perfect and very well reviewed.

I am currently on adsl, no cable in area, so i would need one to have an adsl modem. Is there a version with a modem? Or will i need to look around for another?

Chris

Personally, I would get a separate DSL modem and wifi router. I'm not a fan of all in one products. .
I agree wholeheartedly! The 2-Wire (brand) all-in-ones that AT&T provides their DSL customers are really bad. Savvy customers buy their own WiFi routers and call out AT&T to disable the router mode in the crappy 2-wire box.

Thanks for your help!

I will probably go for the linksys but now intrigued by the netgear DGND3700, i havnt seen a chart for it here yet, i find the reviews here the best. Do you think there will be a review here soon?

No review planned anytime soon. I would expect wireless performance to be similar to WNDR3700/ WNDR4000

Thanks for your reply, I am mainly interested in the stability of it, especially under heavy loads. Does it even compare to the linksys?
