Do you not have another browser to confirm the problem is with Chrome?
I believe you could just disable addons rather than uninstall, then re-enable one at a time to see what's interfering.

Went rhru all the extensions it as an adblocker.

I run Adblock Plus without issue so likely not that, unless you've customised the settings.

I was able to access some advance option by adding this "/Advanced_Wireless_Content.asp" to the URL. looks something like this https://192.168.50.1:8443/Advanced_Wireless_Content.asp

So far this is the only directory I know
/Advanced_Wireless_Content.asp = Wireless - General
/Advanced_System_Content.asp = Administration - System
/Advanced_FirmwareUpgrade_Content.asp = Administration - Firmware Upgrade
/Advanced_LAN_Content.asp = LAN

Edit:
also confirmed that my chrome extension is the culprit called adlock. after turning it off I was able to see all advance settings
