AiCloud certificate

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the AiCloud web application. By default the AiCloud web application comes with a self-signed certificate (IP 192.168.1.1). When I import my certificate into the AiCloud web application using only the "key" and the "certificate" it works until I restart the router, after it restarts it again has a self-signed certificate. When I import the "key", "certificate" and "intermediate packet" it works until I reboot the router, after restarting the router the AiCloud web application no longer works, can you help me?
