aicloud wol issue

I am using RT-AC68U with one desktop.
I want to wake up my pc outside my home. but aicloud app report my host is online even when my computer is shut down. but, it still fails to connect my pc. and so, I cannot wake up my pc because aicloud reports it is online.

I can wake up my pc manually in web interface and manual wake-on-lan menu in aicloud app. but, in case of aicloud app manual wol menu, it doesn't work from outside my network.

What can i check?

I'm new here, but I can try to help.

In order to use WOL outside of your network, you must have a static entry in the router ARP table. You can use the telnet server built into the router for this.
If you need step by step, I can try to help you there also.
