New Around Here
Hi,
I'm planning the network in our new home and I'm wondering what to do to be fully functional.
The primary router, will be in the basement. An ethernet cable will run in the walls to the first floor where I'll have a first node.
Now my question is regarding the second node (the third router), located on the second floor.
Should I connect the second node to the first one? (first floor to second floor)
Or do I NEED to get the second node connected to the primary router (basement to second floor)?
I cannot find the answer in Asus' FAQ. Maybe SNB members have the answer?
Thank you!
Ben

ps: this is my first post, so a little introduction, my name is Benjamin, I'm living in Montréal (hello Merlin, not far from you actually ;-) I'm reading the forum for a few years, found a lot of great information but never had to post before.
