I periodically check to make sure the Asus AiProtection is working on my router, either by using a link to an Eicar test file at: http://www.eicar.org/85-0-Download.html or Trend's own reputation test links: https://success.trendmicro.com/solu...the-web-reputation-feature-in-officescan-osce. Today, I noticed it is not working on both a RT-AC1900P and RT-AC56U-- I am no longer getting the router block pages for malicious sites.

Is anyone else having the same issue? I'm wondering if this is a global outage.

Works properly on my RT-AC1900p.

I find it very strange it happened on both of my routers. I toggled the Malicious Site Blocking on/off, which did not make a difference, I even rebooted both routers and changed the external DNS servers. I got it working on my RT-AC1900P after fully turning off ALL AiProtection features using the master on/off switch on the top of the page. I'll try doing the same on the 56U in the morning. Thanks for the reply.
