Any ideas/thoughts about the best/fastest 5g router

Any ideas/thoughts about the best 5g router (which supports bridge mode)? I have looked at 4 models:
(which work in the US/EU and African continent)

ZTE 5G CPE MC801A
Huawei 5G CPE Pro
Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 H122-373
Zyxel 5G Indoor Router NR5101

As far as I can find most models support a max upload of 250mb except the Zyxel with 900mb.
All do a fair download of 1gb or better, but I'm more interested in the upload.

What phone carrier do you have that supports 1 gig upload?

Max ive personally gotten is 120mbps up and that's been an very specific spot.

This is more 'in preparation of' and if a 5g router is stuck at 250mb upload I won't get it.
There are many reviews and specs which contradict each other, the vendor claims near 1gb upload (or more) but resellers list specs for some models to 250gb upload, of course depending if the 5g ISP can supply this.

I've read the many tests on EE forums for all models listed, most problems are firmware related, some even manage to get more than 1gb upload but a very low download.

For me its more research what is out there having many 4g locations all over Africa which are this year busy building 5g infra, so what do I need to buy for now and the next 5 years... and it would be nice if the 4g/5g frequency ranges also covers the EU/US ranges. I've seen the 5g equipment planned on being used but thats no guarantee they are going to be used. The 4g equipment currently in use are +-150$ each, this 5g stuff +-500$ which is not cheap if it doesn't work

In a few months I'll be out on all locations to see whats being build, would be nice to bring along one or two models for testing which have the best chance.

For testing it's probably easier to use a phone with all of the bands in use currently. I.E. Iphone / Samsung and if you want to do purely data there are some 5G M2 cards you can use
