Hello,
I have set up ASUS RT-AX88 as router through AiMesh with two RT-AX92U nodes (wirelessly) on different levels of my house. I notice that the one AX92U seems not to accept devices as much (passing to the router) and goes to sleep often. The other one accepts clients more frequently but often has a weaker signal (yellow line on the ASUS network diagram). In general, system seems to be underperforming in a house that is 1700 sq ft per level (basement, main floor with great room, upstairs)
Could I get better performance if I set up the AX-92Us as APs instead of AiMesh nodes? What are pros/cons and how could I tell if this set up cold be optimized through wireless strength, channels, etc? If so, how would I set it up?
Thanks
