Has Cake been updated for the latest firmware version 386?

I am configuring my AX88U from scratch; loading firmware v386.
Wanted to check if the current Cake QoS version (1.07) is working fine on the new 386 firmware or is there an updated version in the works?

I'm using cake with latest RMerlin firmware and AX88U.
 
Latest commits look interesting!!
