Any way to allow more then 1 person to log into web gui?

Is there anything I can run in ssh command line to remove the one user logged in at a time? I have a computer where I want the bandwidth monitor always opened, but whenever I do this, I can not log into the web gui from a remote computer.
 
No. Only one user can be logged in.
