Diversion Anyone else seeing this(Apple products)

Currently using diversion with type=65 enabled, last couple days I am now seeing type=64 (_dns.resolver.arpa). Could it be after updating to the newer firmware 16.3.1 on iPhone?
Just not sure what this new result is(type=64)
Any ideas?

Apple released tvOS 16.3.1 and audioOS 16.3.1 yesterday, but iOS/iPadOS are (currently) still on iOS 16.3

I don't see iOS 16.3.1 as a beta on Apple's developer portal.

This is "Discovery of Designated Resolvers (DDR)". If you're using the router's dnamasq and have "Prevent client auto DoH" set to Yes it will block these requests.
