Anyone Heard of Network Diagnostic App RouteThis

I currently have an Asus RT-AC86U running Merlin 384.7 and that combination works great for me.

However, I am having difficulties with a device on my network (IP Camera) and despite all other devices working flawlessly the support team are blaming my wifi setup and want me to install and run an app called RouteThis to diagnose my network.

I cannot find much info about it and have concerns about the app and the info RouteThis share with other companies.

Has anyone heard of or used RouteThis ? - Any info or guidance would be great.

As there is nothing obvious, just one of those "not right" feelings I had, looks as though I'll have to run it to eliminate my wifi as a possible cause.
