Apple Time capsule backup to Synology how?

Hi,
I have an Apple time capsule that I use for time machine backups from my 4 Macs. I also have a sinology DS211J which I uses for general file storage to share across devices.

I would like to backup the spars bundle files from the time capsule to the sinology once a week.

Does anyone know if this can be done from the Synology box automatically rather than just doing a maul copy across.

I'm not very good at any kind of scripting so any help greatly appreciated.
